Roadmap Journey is an internal development program

designed to build leadership from within,

nurture positive work culture,

and strengthen unity

among therapists across our three centres.

It combines skills training,

team-building activities,

outdoor experiences,

reflective sessions, and therapeutic retreats

all crafted to spark motivation

and deepen mutual understanding.

Every therapist is included in this journey

because we believe growth happens together.
